Bill Alexiou-Hucker
Chairman
An Executive Company Director, a Licensed Customs Broker, Bill also Consults and mentors companies looking to expand and build successful enterprises. Holding marketing roles with varying public institutions and associations, his company, GPSM, has been a financial sponsor of Souths for the past 4 years.
Bill is a forward thinker and with his entrepreneurial skills offers an impressive leadership to the transformation and rebirth of the new Leagues Club. Through a strong commitment of time and effort, he believes that making the right choices is crucial to developing the Club as a true asset to the community and its members.

Jason Death
Deputy Chairman
Jason played over 200 first grade games throughout his Rugby League career, 45 of those for South Sydney (from 2002 through to 2004). A highlight of his playing days for the Rabbitohs was Captaining the team for its first win after being reinstated to the NRL. Jason was voted Supporters Choice Player in 2002 and Clubman of the year in 2003. He is now the owner of a successful print marketing business and is a sponsor of the Rabbitohs. Jason's focus and drive for peak performance is now carried into his desire to be an asset to the success of the Leagues Club.

Frank Vrachas
A senior partner for a substantial Chartered Accountants firm in the CBD, Frank grew up in the South Sydney District and played junior football representing Souths in S.G. Ball and Presidents Cup. Sitting on the Board of many companies, he has honed his mentoring skills to offer effective decision making and result driven strategies. Frank's financial and taxation skills as a Chartered Accountant deliver a highly qualified skill and expertise to the Board whilst his South's heritage bring his loyalty and devotion to the success of the Club.

Martin Dubler
Martin Dubler is a lawyer and qualified chartered accountant and is the owner of a successful Ax Agent and Legal Consultancy Practice called Roscat. He has worked extensively with a number of large financial organisations, including KPMG, Price Waterhouse and Deutsche Bank. A true devotee to the Souths' cause his abilities are a great benefit to the Board.

Jim Hatfield
Secretary
Jim has run his own successful businesses for the past 40 years. Semi-retired, he now acts as a Mentor to his partners in the remaining businesses providing them sound guidance borne from his expertise. Witnessing some of the Club's previous mistakes, Jim looks forward to ensuring that the Board learns from past errors and moves optimistically forward.
Jim greatest asset is his drive to ensure the board makes good financial decisions to ensure the club can provide for its members.

Daryl Reily
Daryl has lived in the Redfern area for over 40 years and is employed as the Local Government Officer with Sydney City Council for over 25 years. He was a former employee of SSLC and also a Director of both the Leagues Club & Football Clubs in the late 90's and has been involved with Junior Football through the Alexandria Rovers FC.
Through seeing the many changes in the local community, he is a devotee to supporting the small businesses and schools in the local area. Regularly stopped in the streets by locals, he looks forward to talking about the great future for the new Leagues Club.

Nevine Neill
Nevine has had extensive experience in financial, business and leadership roles within high performance organizations that are committed to its people and excellence in service.
Nevine comes highly qualified with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting Major and has completed a Company Directors Course. Nevine has also attained accreditation with a Diploma of coaching and counseling, Diploma of business real estate and Business Agent, an advanced marketing certificate and Accreditation in Public Relations.
Nevine is pragmatic and outcomes focused leader with a strong background in finance, business management, marketing and sales. Her extensive business experience and proven track record has provided her with the skills needed to help the Board establish, develop and grow the Leagues Club business for its members.

Kieran Hickey
As a Redfern boy, Kieran sold newspapers in the Leagues Club and became acutely aware of the role the Club plays in the everyday life of people in their local community.
In his professional life, Kieran has had extensive Senior Leadership and change management experience covering the full scope of Sales, Operational and Strategic Human Resource Management. For the last three years, Kieran has been the Executive General Manager, Human Resources for QBE Insurance for the Australia and Asia Pacific Businesses and is responsible for all HR functions across Recruitment, Leadership Development, Communications, Remuneration, OH&S and engagement of staff.
Kieran is focused on bringing his professional experience to something very important to him to provide a sustainable business that is flexible enough to meet the needs of the local community, the members and supporters of the South Sydney Football Club.
